I have been in the industry coming up to 20 years. I started off with owning a bread run on the Northside of Brisbane.
After the bread run I drove floats and dollies for 10years which is where our business is based. With the change of the economic environment we learned to become super flexible and change with what is happening in the marketplace at any given time.
With this time of change I jumped on the highway and drove interstate across Australia for a number of years carrying predominantly building materials again becoming more flexible and versatile with each load we took on.
Over the years I have driven many different configurations including over sized floats, dollies and flattop loads as well as standard flat tops and tautliners in all swingle trailer b/double and road train configurations.
As well as owning a number of tippers for specialised work including demo and rubbish removal.
I have carted both civil and mining machinery, power cable reels, monster trucks, dongas, civil tooling, timber, bread, milk, solar and wind farm equipment, rubbish, paper, building materials, aircraft parts and recyclables etc etc.
